From notification of order the product will be dispatched as soon as payment is cleared.
Delivery is available up to a 15km radius from Bloubergstrand.
Maximum time for delivery is 3 days or unless arranged otherwise.
A refund will be issued for one of the following conditions:
An order can be cancelled unless delivery has already been initiated. The money paid by the buyer will be refunded minus fees.
Returns will be accepted if approved by the manufacturer as a valid claim, please contact us first if you feel you have a valid claim.
If it is agreed that a product is returned due to a defect, the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded. Call out fees may apply.
